From curated dinner parties to multi-week full-estate service for up to 25 guests, every detail is handled with the same calm, discreet professionalism.

Cuisine & Approach

Paolo specialises in nutrition-forward Mediterranean and Asian cuisine — building menus around anti-inflammatory principles, stable energy, and a modern health-conscious lifestyle. He is particularly experienced with complex dietary requirements including gluten-free, dairy-light, garlic/onion-free, and plant-forward menus, without compromising on flavour, presentation, or the feeling of indulgence. His approach draws inspiration from leading wellness destinations such as SHA Clinic.
